by strange coincidence this morning i came across two letters written to a bank manager and the uk passport office. they both where written as a response by a real or imagined person to inefficiency disrespect and abuse of power that such entities exercise over the individual. as customers we have little if any redress for such treatment. and this shows in the letters their humour......
