Day 9 of Wimbledon went again according to plan. Federer ran over Ancic in a match that was quite dissapointing. Roger played extremely well and proved once again why he has one of the best forehand ever hammering winner after winner past his opponent. Ultimately it looked as if Mario was a little tired from previous matches and was quite content with making it this far.  Final score Federer d Ancic 6-1, 7-5, 6-4.
In what was deemed the match of the tournament, #2 seed Rafa Nadal took on #12 seed and local favorite Andy Murray. Tickets for this one were going for about $4000US for a pair. Ultimately that was not money well spent. The spaniard dominated his opponent right from the get go getting an early break in each of the three sets. Murray looked tired and was not able to use the energy from the crowd to help him. It just proves more and more that as good as a player like Murray is there is such a jump from the top three players. Final score Nadal d Murray ...
