I had to look at the article twice, but the USA Today web site has an article about real estate today, and for a change the news is not all bad!  They had to title it “Some parts of U.S. escape housing mess” , but it basically says what many in the real estate business have been saying for a long time and that is all markets are not the same, and not all areas are experiencing high numbers of home foreclosures, as the media would lead you to believe.   Check out the article ... more
