LACEY - Police reported they apprehended a man shortly after he robbed a Wachovia Bank at about noon on Lacey Road. William L. In a previous post , I mentioned the bankruptcy case of Atlanta builder/developer Stephen Macauley. See also this post about his business partner Brian Jordan.
