I’m so new to this, having bought my computer a couple of hours ago, that I don’t even know if I’m on the right NG. If not, sorry, and perhaps some kind soul out there can help anyway. I’ve got Windows Mail on this new computer, which has Windows Vista as OS, and it says that my Hotmail account isn’t supported. Is there any way to get round this? I rather need my hotmail to get to my desktop. Perhaps there’s some way of getting Outlook Express on my system instead? Cheers.

Not sure what I’m doing wrong. When I choose Change Desktop Background and then select a folder, I don’t see any thumbnails of the pictures, just a stupid eyeball with 32. If I go to View> Icons, it is grayed and only lets me stay with Tiles. If I highlight a picture and try View> Details, it only shows "name." Any suggestions??? ... more
