On Thursday I let you know there wasn’t going to a be a live blog, and promised an explanation would come later, so here is that explanation. Old Gold & Blog all of a sudden finds itself in a bit of a transitional period, and I’m going to use this post to explain to all of you what is happening. I wasn’t able to watch the second half as closely as the first, but watching the Deacs really maintain a lead for this half has been very encouraging. Not only have we continued to put points on the board (although not nearly as many as the first half) but we’ve played very solid defense to counter the fact that we had less offense.
