A question that pops up occasionally in the ASP.NET forums is how can you get tab-style menus, such as used on MSDN , with the standard Menu control in ASP.NET. It’s actually quite simple and involves the use of two menus:

I really should read my blog feeds before posting. Scott has just posted a good article about LINQ in ASP.NET "Orcas" with some good examples. However, I’m still worried about SQL style syntax in code - where should it go? Should we abstract it into a separate layer? Should we not have stored procedures anymore? Julia is talking about LINQ and you know what, I’m worried. Not about her or the blog entry (it’s perfect for the audience it’s aimed at) but about LINQ itself and how we, the bleeding edge technies, respond and propogate the information.
