I signed up for the full Seattle Marathon this morning. Since I’m already doing 5 miles twice a week it should be a much easier ramp up to race readiness than it was last year. It’s not until the end of November so there’s still plenty of training time left.

Day five ended up being a fairly low key affair for me. I was happy to get a few good runs in and finish the trip uninjured before lunch. A final soak in the tub followed by lunch in Dusty’s and it was only a couple of hours before we were using up our last loose change in the Longhorn bar. After a truly difficult moguled run down, we took an early lunch at Dusty’s in Creekside followed by a quick trip up to the top to recover birthday-boy Adam and rode back out to the base for a huge plate of nachos.
