Random Audio Clips Playing: SXWAND.SYS and MTSYCOD.SYS

HI Everyone, My computer plays some random audio clips from time to time and I usually see sxwand.sys as a running process. I also windows pops up with a warning from time to time that says it has stopped running mtsycod.sys. Please help. My HijackThis log is below.
