Hey all! new in the place :) looks like a great forum to hang in :D Wanted to know what was the evo time on the last topgear epi? The STi was 1.28.2 what was the Evo’s? couldnt figure out from what jeremy and richard spoke :? (222 or something..) Thanks :)

Gas Woes.... need new tranny/engine

Yah, that’s right, I can’t afford gas anymore so I’m thinking of swapping my Engine/tranny. Right now I have a Rodded 305 (headers, intake, carb, cam, etc) and a kitted TH350. The TH350 is what is giving me the crappy fuel mileabe mosty but so is the 305. Basically I’m looking to swap in a 350 with either a T56 or a T5WC. Recently my Windows firewall asked me to block this program, but I can’t find any information on it....or what it even is. I scanned my computer with NOD32, but nothing came up (and its up to date..) So far I just know its in the Prefetch section of C:/WINDOWS/ and it starts up when my computer boots up (part of the list when I did msconfig) I’ve also noticed my network utilization will go to a constant 3% usage and drop down, but if I try to use fir... more

24 Hours of Le Mans meat?

I’m just wondering. I’ve seen a few people mention Le Mans in passing. Is anyone going in person this year? I’m tempted to go along - it’s not exactly far, even if all the TGVs are already fully booked - but ain’t going to a 24 hour race on my lonesome (friends here aren’t petrolheads). It’s next weekend, 3pm Saturday the 14th until 3pm Sunday the 15th. Of June, obviously. Just an idea. ... more
