After playing games like Halo 3 and Call of Duty 4, the next game in their class has to equal them and be much more. On the upcoming games, people want features that are both different and unique, the good news is 2008 may be bringing just that. Last year it was COD4 vs Halo 3, but in 2008 we will see the Sony PS3?s Resistance 2 up against Gears of War 2 on the Xbox 360.

April NPD sales are expected this Thursday, and analysts are ready to offer their key bits of insight . As usual, we cast much doubt on the accuracy of these sales predictions, especially when two of the largest sources offer conflicting reports. Wedbush Morgan’s Michael Pachter has once again predicted a victory for PS3 over Xbox 360 this month (he incorrectly predicted a PS3 victory last month as well).

HBO, NBC, Discovery Channel, Cartoon Network, CBS, and MTV.

GamesRadar: First things first. This is the epic resolution to an epic saga and it comes on a Blu-ray disc. Just what sort of percentage of the playing time do the cut-scenes take up?
Paul Fitzpatrick: Hard to say. I didn’t time the cut-scenes, but I completed MGS4 in just over 29 hours, and at a guess I’d say it was two thirds playing to one third watching. But that is a guess?
