Brainerd Raceway, Brainerd, Minn.- The NHRA is coming to Minnie-soda this weekend, and hopefully Chris will be reporting to Brainerd to experience some straight-line racing…or at least some fine funnel cakes. Oh, and according to the website description, there’s plenty of good fishing…so if the racing isn’t exactly enthralling, you can munch on some Pike with your funnel cakes. Anyhow, all of the racing can be seen on ESPN 2, with Qualifying being shown on the 9th from 6-8PM, Eliminations on the 10th, from 10PM to 1AM, and a repeat of Eliminations on the 13th, from 3-5AM. Gainesville Raceway, Gainesville, Fla.- The ACDelco NHRA Gatornationals is coming up, March 13-16. This is the East Coast season opener and the first runnings of Pro Stock bikes.
