For no good reason. As we take a moment to reflect on Justin’s special achievement, we can’t help but acknowledge the magic behind it. Check out this creative marketing campaign for Sony’s PSP gaming console. Have you seen one in your neighborhood? I’m guessing no, since this is actually a concept for a PSP campaign made by a fan. EA seems to be getting slammed with bad press and lawsuits as of lately, and today a new Class Action Lawsuit has surfaced regarding the Spore Creature Creator Free Trial.* Richard Eldridge filed a claim regarding the fact that SecuROM is secretly installed with the Free Trial of the Creature Creator without the user’s premission.
While I do stand behind him in this lawsuit, I do have to point out there is a small flaw within the claim.* Both this lawsuit and the one before it states... more

Poor, wretched EA. First they have to make 600 staff walk the plank , and now they’re being sued all over the place. There are a lot of hackles raised by SecuROM’s secondary effects, like disabling certain drives or legitimate software. A commenter pointed out this page , which lists the current lawsuits (there are four) against EA on this subject.
