About a month ago I totally nerded out with being able to track my senators, representatives and favorite bills via OpenCongress’ site and RSS feeds.
I even called out Robert Scoble for using the Luddite-ish GovTrack instead OpenCongress.
Well, I have some awesome news about my favorite Congress-tracking site OpenCongress.
Yesterday morning, OpenCongress’ head guy Donny Shaw over at their excellent blog contacted me about Monday’s launch of My OpenCongress.
My OpenCongress let’s people create personal profiles on OpenCongress with the bills and people they’re tracking, network with other users, comment and vote on bills, rate news and blog coverage and share their position on specific bills, senators and reps.
You can view my profile and add me as a friend here . Here is a screen capture of my profile:

Help Me Decode My Genome by ChristmasFrom: feeds.feedburner.com
Post Date: 2007-12-06 00:44:09
I really want to decode my genome by Christmas.
Unlock the secrets of my DNA if you will. Not only that, I want to be able to read and understand my DNA. I want to figure out what diseases I’m going to catch in the future. I want to figure out if I’m going to suffer a heart attack or gain 40 extra pounds by the time I’m 35 years of age.
This isn’t crazy talk.
Supposedly, 23andMe a biotech startup based out of Palo Alto, CA, can help me do this. For only $999...

FYI 2 : I shop at Wal-Mart from time to time for really cheap deodorant, electronic cables etc.
After my last post , I started pondering the ramifications Beacon would have on peer pressure and consumer movements. We all have friends who are really against a certain company. Maybe because they experienced really poo...

I don’t know about everyone else but I don’t know what most of my friends buy and endorse in their personal time when they aren’t trying to keep up their image. I have a friend wh...

Post Date: 2007-11-29 11:55:56
As you know, yesterday I decided to bite the bullet and sign-up for Comcast high-speed Internet. Yesterdays episode with Comcast ended with a Live Chat with Joe  (FYI: make Joe laugh and he will waive the $99 installation fee for new customers).
I was feeling great about making Joe laugh and saving $99, but I was still skeptical of the high speed-ness of the service, the extra fees I’m sure I will receive and how Comcast has treated customers in the past (present?!)....
