What do you do now? Live with it. Deal. Your true friends are the ones that endure. Find your real friends - the ones who don’t get mad at you because you can’t control your parents.
Just because you don’t need to worry about something, doesn’t mean that nobody else has to. If you never have to worry about running away, it doesn’t mean that someone else doesn’t. Getting mad at them isn’t going to help their situation either, as dumb as it may be. Telling them to suck it up is, surprisingly, not going to help either...

AHAHAH wow, Kiwanis was embarrassing. Yes, we did place third in both the march category and the Mozart, but the thing is, we were up against three and four different schools (respectively). Wahoo! One more to go until I’m apparently home free.

So the lifeguard scares me. He keeps on encouraging us to talk to him, while we all just sit there and look at him funny. He’s cool, though. I’ll talk to him next class when I swim (if I swim). So yes, I do have this massive new obsession with sudoku. I tried the High Five in Saturday’s Star, but I messed it up at the end. I got so frustrated, but I finished like four of the sudokus and only had one left but then I like failed miserably. Whaa! No wonder they call it a puzzle. I personally like the comics too, but they’re not all that funny anymore…at all. I miss Calvin & Hobbes and all that good stuff. For Better or for Worse is still on there, but it... more
