I am planning to write my representatives in both the Indiana House and Senate before January 1st explaining how not only did I become recently interested in gun ownership but also will not accept any infringement on my Second Amendment rights.
I would like to know of any Indiana lawmakers who are so strongly pro-gun that they introduce legislation strengthening gun rights. I have seen references to a Senator Nugent on this forum, any others out there like him? I am planning to write to eac...

This is a sad day for freedom of speech on the net but we have to place the safety and well being of our staff above all els...

Democratic U.S. Rep. Heath Shuler of N.C.’s 11th Congressional District blamed John McCain the other day for blocking the SAVE Act immigration bill. But that charge is being disputed in many places, not the least of which is the McCain camp itself. Here’s McCain campaign strategist Steve Schmidt’s take :
The comments with regard (to phone calls that he made) are false. It makes me wonder if Health Shuler had one too many encounters with a linebacker in his previo...
