Michael Barone has a post on the Washington Times site entitled The Coming Liberal Thugocracy. Here is an excerpt: “I need you to go out and talk to your friends and talk to your neighbors,” Barack Obama told a crowd in Elko, Nev. “I want you to talk to them whether they are independent or whether they are Republican. I want you to argue with them and get in their face.” Actually, Obama supporters are doing a lot more than getting into people’s faces. They seem determined to shut people up. I wrote about the efforts to suppress free speech in Missouri on September 29th in a post entitled Obama Employs Truth Squads . Look at the comment that was left on my post and compare it to what Mr. Barone has reported here. This is truly disturbing. Here is the rest of Mr. Barone’s post.

Fired Up
From: feeds.dailykos.com
Post Date: 2008-11-22 18:30:05

President-elect Obama’s address to the nation today has got me all fired up all over again. In the days immediately following the election, there was a natural sort of waning of intensity as the afterglow of victory receded. And then the distraction of the HRC and Lieberman dramas was disconcerting. All this was taking place in a leadership vacuum created by the combination of George W. Bush’s unwillingness to do anything to help the economy, and by the fact that Barack Obama do... more

Blogging The Americans For Prosperity Conference (Post One)

I am writing this post in the bloggers room at the 2008 Americans For Prosperity “ Defending the American Dream Summit ”. The greatest highlight so far was the ”Tribute to Ronald Reagan Dinner”. The dinner began with a video montage of President Reagan’s serious and lighter moments. It was a neat flashback to my boyhood years when we looked up to President Reagan to beat the nasty “commies”- a hope he delivered on.   Here are the list of speakers for the dinner last night... more

Pulling the Lever for Life A pre-election Q & A with Tony Perkins By: Mike Hall Which issue should be driving Christians to the polls this November? If you were to ask fifty believers that question, you might get fifty different answers. Despite the difference of opinion, a few things should be priorities for all believers. Tony Perkins, President of the Family Research Council, shares his thoughts on how Christians should approach this election and why it matters in the fight to pres... more
A Prophetic Utterance
From: fbiblogger.com
Post Date: 2008-10-08 14:05:22

There was a time when the elder generation was cherished because it represented the past; now it is avoided and thrust out of sight for the same reason. Children are liabilities. As a man becomes more immersed in time and material gratifications, belief in the continuum of race fades, and not all the tinkering of sociologists can put homes together again. These prophetic words were written by Richard Weaver in a book released in 1948 called Ideas Have Consequences . It is chilling to think h... more
The New York Times Glosses Over Obama’s Radical Alliances
From: fbiblogger.com

Stanley Kurtz, Senior Fellow at the Ethics and Public Policy Center, has done extensive research into Obama’s radical alliances. His findings were bolstered by the recent release of hundreds of documents housed in the Richard J. Daley Library at the University of Illinois at Chicago. The conclusions that he has been able to document from these sources paint a very disturbing picture of Obama’s radical alliances. Kurtz has written several articles detailing his findings. Here are a... more
