Inquisitor Loot (Healing)

Joshisgreat did a great start with his thread, but as he is MIA and the thread is missing VP, SOH, RE2 and Avatar loot I tried to update it. I try to stay close to the original layout. If I missed something please add it. ;) This is in order from #1 being best piece in that slot based solely on the piece of loot and what it does better than other pieces in that same slot. After the number will be the name of the gear - what mob drops it. Will try to make each category a top 5 pieces for everything except jewelry/charms/secondary etc since you can equip two of that type of piece, those will be a top 7. I had non tank groups in mind with this items. So will see almost no Shield Ally items (only if there is nothing else).
