Microsoft has won its claim against rumble licensor Immersion Corp., receiving $20.75 million from the company, Reuters reports. The particulars of the case revolve around a 2003 sub-licensing agreement between the two companies in which Microsoft was entitled to a portion of the cash that Immersion eventually settled on in its case against Sony .
It appears that everything is now ship-shake between all the corporations involved and we have the ability to continue enjoying the jiggles we get from our controllers.

Some would say Geometry Wars Retro Evolved was Xbox 360’s best launch game — it beat early hyped games like Perfect Dark Zero, Call of Duty 2, and Kameo to win the heart of 360 early adopters, despite the fact that it was 2D and a cheap XBLA version of a game that had previously been included with Project Gotham Racing 2. It held the record for a long time as the system’s most-downloaded game, and tha... more New mode in Rock Band 2 is like Wii MusicFrom: gamingcity.info Post Date: 2008-07-17 22:05:48
