Idol Billboard Update for Issue 6/14/08

This week’s Idol Billboard Update , at a much more reasonable length! The only Season 7 singles that remain on this week’s chart are the iTunes downloads that were released on the day after the finale. By next week, the performance singles, which are no longer available, will be off the chart as well. The only Season 7 single left to track will be David Cook’s “Time of My Life”, and by the looks of it, the Magic Rainbow won’t be disappearing any time soon! Heh. Highlights David Cook’s “Time of My Life” falls from #3 to #9 on the Billboard Hot 100, from #6 to #13 on the Pop 100, from #1 to #3 on the Hot Digital Tracks, and #1 t0 #4 on the Hot Digital Songs. However, it climbs the Hot Adult Contemporary Tracks chart, from #30 to #21, and it debuted on the Hot Adult Top 40 Tracks, at #31.
