This week our local newspaper did a couple articles on our trip to southern Louisiana to help with Convoy of Hope. Mattoon church group spends week distributing basic necessities in La. - Journal Gazette Gustav relief team uses the Web and cell phones to share experience in real time - Journal Gazette With Hurricane Ike hitting Texas, Convoy of Hope is heading back out on the road to help with disaster relief. Volunteer here. Check this out. This is where Ike is heading, and you can see where we were just last week and you can see New Iberia, Louisiana in the path too.
