Help, trojan.generic

I need help my computer contains a virus named trojan.generic . I received 2 desktop ion called - freestuff and free p0rn, it has slowed my computer dow imensly. get many trick pop ups such as antvirus, antivirus scan and also a system files corrupted - ""windows systems files have been compromised. Probable cause: malware infection. Replace modifed files with backup copies and perform a scan for malware?"" I was trying to follow the instructos on this site http://forums.techguy.org/malware-re...-dx-keeps.html but later i figured out that this is a different virus called trojan.generic.dx. I would greaty appriciate the help of magicians in this forum.
