Just saw the video from the Tx man who shot a burglar at his neighbors house and saw this on the side and was wondering what you think.

As I understand it, Food Stamps are and from the start were designed to be supplemental to ones’ budget for buying food. These people are using it as their sole source for food. Thoughts? Do you agree or no?
