I woke up at 3 am and headed to SF for a 6:05 run. Runners were grouped in waves to avoid traffic jams and to control the flow over the Golden Gate Bridge. The run was great and the highlight (as always) is running over the Golden Gate Bridge. Next up is the Silicon Valley Marathon at the end of October. This was the week of the eights, three eight mile runs each with a different goal. Monday was an general aerobic run. Tuesday was a VO2 Max run with 5 x 600m intervals at 5K pace. Today Apple announced that they discovered a Windows virus in a small number of Video iPods sold. The RavMon.exe virus came from a Windows machine used to manufacturer the iPods.
