For the most part one thing i really dislike about WAR is it’s graphics. Not so much the textures themselves as their quite detailed. However, things like animations and buildings just strike me as very underwhelming.
Although i will admit the character modeles look darn good, so do the spell effects, Bright wizard ftw! And the fact that it looks like every special attack/spell has it’s own animation makes up for the rather lame animations in my book.
However, one thing I cannot look past is how boreing the landscapes look. Everything just looks way to flat and geometrical. Theres not much diversity either. For example the recent city siege videos look TERRIBLE, not cause of combat or gameplay, but rather the city it’s self looks so lame.
When I think of awesome zones/landscapes I think of the first EQ (even before expansions). It was so freakin diverse and just plain enthralling. From the hidden tunnels of the dwarf hold, to the pleasent half...

Has there been any sort of estimation on how many hours it will take us to reach level cap?
I’d love to level an alt but I always feel like it takes too long. Although I thought guild wars went a bit too far in giving out maxed out characters, it’s a step in the right direction for those of us who don’t want to invest 300 hours in leveling a character to the cap. ...
