Today (Sunday January 6th) was the First Sunday of 2008 - meaning the First Church & Chips of a brand spanking new year, to celebrate the New Year we all brought one or a selection of toys and games in that we got for Christmas.Â One of the most popular gifts this year was The Nintendo Wii and its portable counterpart The Nintendo DS. Church was exciting with everyone showing off their gifts and enjoying each others company before a brand new week at School - In the combined Senior and Primary Sunday classes we coloured in Self-Portraits and stuck them to the wall while praying for the Lords watchful eye over the coming year. Afterwards we went downstairs and enjoyed a fun-filled afternoon of Computer Games and a great round with Max’ Caranium Conga with more to follow next Sunday.
