The fourth and final round of the 1/8 Italian Off-Road Championships took place at the Arancia Meccanica track in Ribera, Italy. Losi driver Riccardo Rabitti took first place at the event, as well as the title of 2008 Italian National Champion. Riccardo was competing with his Team Losi Racing 8IGHT 2.0 Buggy. Congratulations to Riccardo on his outstanding achievement!

Team Magic have released what is essentially a production version of the G4 WC upgrade from K-Factory that was used by Marc Rheinard and Barry Baker at the World Championships in Lisbon back in August. The car features a new 3mm chassis made from Alcoa 7075 aluminum, new aluminium rear bearing blocks, aluminum upper arm mounts, carbon front body mount, more adjustable rear upper link mount, redesigned clutch and 2-speed as well as new K-Factory shocks and lighter materials throughout.

Seen here first at the start of February, Kyosho have released full details of their new dNaNo concept on its dedicated, Japanese only, website. These 1/43rd scale cars make the company’s Mini-Z line look big, yet they are extremely detailed and are true radio controlled race cars. Team Xray Australia have announced that young Australian racer Ryan Maker has signed to race the Xray range of touring cars for 2008. Commenting on his deal to race the T2′008 & NT1, Ryan had the following to say:
