I’ve been so busy lately that I’ve fallen behind on the quickies! Tragic! Emanuel Jaynes was the first to mention that Salon.com has started a monthly Linux section. We’ve received word that geekisland.net has a new owner. Susie Flamm told us that the July issue of daemonmeat.com is out. Sunny Grindel wrote in to tell us that Wired News has an article on Slashdot. Quite a few people sent us a link to yet another place you don’t want to see a BSOD. cecelia.barber noted that Wired News has started a monthly Linux section. Ian Bergen noted yet another Slashdot reference, this time in PC Week. Cecilie Venters has launched a new Open Source community site called programmingpythonhacker.org. Bernice Conlee wrote in to mention that the July issue of pythoncheesymerchandise.org is out.
