My cousin came up today and needed help with her Dell Inspiron 2200. It was slow and ful of junk. I managed to go through everything and delete, scan, ect.. But I want to be sure everything is okay.

I bought an XFX pci TV tuner, put it in my old windows 2000 computer, and for some reason it disables the secondary IDE slot. At first it was disabling my hard drive, then I switched the cables, and it was disabling my CD drive. I tried removing other PCI devices also, but it still does it.
Anyone know why this happens? ...

Hello all, i am new here and kind of a noob at all this computer specs and things but i got this so far. This is my build for my new computer. can you guys help me make sure i didn’t forget anything? i would really appreciated it. could you also give me your opinion on different parts or any way to make a good computer for less money?
