Wie der Branchendienst heise online heute berichtet, dürfte es für die Musik- und Filmindustrie in Zukunft deutlich schwieriger werden, Tauschbörsennutzer und Anschlussinhaber wegen vermeintlicher Urheberrechtsverletzungen abzumahnen. Demnach sollen in Nordrhein-Westfalen die Anschlussinhaber nur noch ermittelt werden, wenn sie mehr als 3000 Musik- oder mehr als 200 Filmdateien über ihren Tauschbörsen-Client zum Download angeboten haben.
