One commenter on my last post (Connecting with the Emotion) pointed me to a website she has set up to provide a place of listening and mutual support.
It’s called bigwhitewall.com . Here is what she said.
I set up a dedicated emotional health website bigwhitewall.com to provide a space for listening and mutual support. It has been well proven that emotional self expression improves physical, mental and social health. Furthermore, this can be aided by providing an anonymous space where people fear the judgement of others or who cannot share with those around them. Emotional connection can only occur when we feel safe to express what we are really feelin.
This seems like a very good initiative to me. If you are feeling that you need some support and need to be anonymous do check out the site by clicking on this link .

We have a very sophisticated system for relating to other people. We usually aren’t aware of how sophisticated until we try to do it consciously. Try consciously deciding how loud to speak when someone is walking towards you, so that your voic...

This is just a link to a great post on Healing the Past .
It is on Cathy Crovis’ blog Ripples of Improvement. I have recommended this blog before - you will find a link to it in the blogroll in the sidebar on the left.
In this post Cathy lays out the reasons to heal a past emotional hurt as well as a way to do it. It is simply written and clear. It is well worth reading.  You can goto it by clicking on the title in blue above or by clicking on this link .
